Plan it. Call it. Everyone sees it - live.

From the first plan to the last cue, your whole team looks at one place. When anything changes, in planning or mid-show, everyone sees it instantly.

Live collaboration

One place, always up to date

The production manager, the show caller, A1 at FOH and the runner backstage all look at the same live page. Nobody is working from an old copy.

Edit together while you plan

Several people can work on the plan at once. Changes land on everyone's screen as they are made.

Change it mid-show

A speaker drops out or a session runs long. Change it once and every phone, tablet and laptop shows it straight away.

One link for everyone

Crew open a link or scan a QR code in any browser. No app, no account, no PDF called final_v7.

Rundown and show caller

Call the show and keep to time

The rundown is the timed sheet for the show - stage crews call it a run of show, broadcast crews call it a rundown. Start the show and the caller tracks every cue against the schedule, with a live over/under so you always know if you are early or late.

Keep to time works both ways: catch up when you are running late, or stretch when you are early. The original plan is kept, so you can always see what you planned against what actually happened.

Who's on

Put a face to every name

Add speakers from your contacts and their photo appears on every cue they are in. The show caller, stage manager and crew see at a glance who walks on next, and the sound engineer can match faces to mics and voices - so on a five-person panel they know exactly whose fader to bring up.

Mics

A page for your A1, A2 and runners

For every speaker who has a mic, the page shows who has which handheld or headset, which cue it is needed for, and whether it is fitted - on a phone backstage or at the desk.

The mic plan flags the problems before they hit the stage: two people on the same mic at the same time, a speaker with no mic, and needing more mics than you have.

Signal flow

Signal flow diagrams the crew can follow

Build signal flow diagrams from the equipment library - desks, stage boxes, radio mic receivers, speakers, playback - and connect real inputs and outputs.

On site, open the diagram on a phone as a checklist: one cable at a time, from where to where, tick each one off or flag an issue.

Crew doc, files and sharing

Everything else the crew needs to read

The ShowDoc holds contacts, venue info, technical notes and files, next to the rundown in the same project.

Tables that fit a phone

Schedules and contact sheets turn into readable cards on small screens.

Files in one place Pro

Attach plots and riders from your own Google Drive, or send suppliers an upload link.

Secure links and QR codes

A long unguessable link, or a short link that always asks for your password. Restricted sections stay out of the crew view.

Crew show doc

Built for agents

A great UI for humans. Or just tell your agent.

ShowDocLive is designed from the ground up for AI agents to update it. Connect Grok Bot - or any assistant that supports MCP connectors - and run the production just by asking.

Just say what changed

"Push the panel ten minutes and tell me what that does to lunch." Your agent edits the rundown and everyone sees it live.

Speakers and mics

"Add Priya to the panel and give her a headset." The agent adds the speaker, assigns the mic and checks the plan for clashes.

Schedules and diagrams

"Add a 07:00 load-in for video" or "connect the playback laptop to channel 9" - done in the schedule or the signal flow.

Grok Bot, connected Pro

Connect Grok Bot through the connector at mcp.showdoclive.com. It works with the same live data your team sees.
