# Stage timer and presenter messages

The stage timer is the countdown on the confidence monitor, controlled from the show caller desk. Open the talent output in its own window, move it to the presenter screen, and press F or F11 for full screen. The audience does not see this screen.

Show the countdown, the time of day, or both, and choose which one is large. Yellow and red are thresholds you set. Presets are 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 minutes. Cue copies the length of the selected row. Nudge adds or removes one minute or five. Lock to cue reloads the timer to the new cue’s remaining time when you advance.

Messages are drawn on that same output. Write a line, or use Wrap up, 30 seconds, Last question or Stand by. Preview it on the desk, then show it. Resize the type. While the message is up, the countdown and the clock stay in the corner, still in the warning colour.

The timer is not a separate subscription. It is part of ShowRun, with the rundown or run of show and the show caller, on Pro at £8 a month and Team at £5 per user a month (minimum 2). Free includes the crew show doc and does not include ShowRun.
