# Crew show doc and live call sheet

A crew show doc is the production document the team reads on site: the schedule, contacts, venue notes and technical information. In ShowDocLive it is a live web page. A change reaches every phone that has the link. It replaces the PDF on the call sheet.

Crew do not need an account or an app. They open the share link or scan the QR code. A long link is unguessable. A short link always asks for the password you set. Regenerating a link retires the old one.

Write it in sections: schedule, key contacts, running order, technical, venue, safety. Reorder them. A restricted section stays out of the crew view unless you grant that role. Tables turn into cards on a phone. Light or dark.

On Pro and Team you can dictate a section and Format & Tidy the wording, attach Google Drive files that stay in your Drive, and send a supplier a File Upload Link. Fast Storage is 1 GB. Export PDF, or save the project as one .sdl file. Share tokens and passwords are not in that file. White-label for the public crew page is £750 a year. The editor stays ShowDocLive.

Free is one ShowDoc. The run of show and the rundown are two names for the same ShowRun sheet, with the show caller and the stage timer. They are on Pro, not part of the free ShowDoc.
